Our small dynamic team engage directly with our potential tenants, understanding their needs and promoting your accommodation.

 

We have continual repeat business. 

 

Many of our clients contact us through referral and word of mouth. 

PROPERTY VIEWINGS

Some of our clients prefer to view the premises prior to committing. This is due to them staying for a month or longer. In this event we will contact you to arrange a suitable time for you to show them around.

Should you be unavailable and cannot personally show the premises, we can provide a viewing agent at an additional cost.

We have a professional photography service available at an additional cost

WHAT DOES IT COST ?

Listing is absolutely free. Our commission rates are very low compared to other booking sites that charge up to 25%. Our highly competitive commission structure is calculated per month for the duration of stay - payable monthly. 

​

Payment is due only on confirmed and paid bookings.

Only payable monthly on each month of stay (ie Not for full duration upfront as per the norm). We will invoice monthly.

​

A Flat fee of 10% per month of the monthly rental is charged to the host.

Please feel free to adjust your rate accordingly.
